Policy of the scientific edition

Policy of the scientific editionThe printed edition "Scientific Bulletin: Civil Protection and Fire Safety" (hereinafter – Bulletin), published by the Ukrainian Civil Protection Research Institute, complies with the established list of requirements determined by the scientific direction of the edition, when selecting and receiving articles submitted to the editorial office.

In its work, the editorial office of the Bulletin sees the main purpose: to promote the development of scientific potential in the sphere of civil protection and fire safety, to create an environment of scientific communication of scientists to discuss urgent issues and solve urgent problems in the aforementioned spheres, to promote the involvement of international scientific expertise in national science and integration of national science into the international research space.

Based on the above, the editorial office of the Bulletin highlights the main tasks, such as:

• coverage of the main tendencies of development of civil protection and fire safety, domestic and foreign experience of innovative activity in the mentioned spheres and their development;

• publication of results of research of scientists, domestic and foreign researchers on urgent problems of development of civil protection and fire safety, priority directions of scientific research in the mentioned spheres;

• publication of the main scientific results of research of applicants for scientific degrees and applicants for the award of academic titles;

• acquaint the general public with the main events of scientific life in the sphere of civil protection and fire safety;• dissemination of modern scientific knowledge in society in the sphere of civil action and fire safety;

• ensuring recognition of the Bulletin as a periodical professional edition in the world and national scientific space, its inclusion in specialized international and national scientometric databases.
