ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITION WITH FIRE IN HIGH RISE BUILDINGS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The main indicators of fire statistics and their consequences in Ukraine (number of fires, deaths, injuried, material losses) for the long-term period are analyzed. The trends of their dynamics both as a whole in the state and by the territorial principle are determined. These indicators have made it possible to comprehensively characterize the state with fires in the state. The influence of natural (climatic zones, average air temperature for the year, the average amount of precipitation for the year), socio-demographic (population size, age groups, economically active population, employment, social situation of population), economic (fiscal stimulation, inflationary processes, economic development of regions) factors and the impact of changes in legislative and regulatory acts on the main indicators of fire statistics and their consequences in Ukraine and in the regions are established. The points assessment of the state with fires and their consequences according to the territorial principle was carried out in absolute indicators (number of fires, number of deaths in fire, injured in fires, number of fires in enterprises, organizations, institutions, number of fires on production facilities, trade objects, in public facilities, on agricultural sites, in open territories and outdoor facilities, on vehicles, on other sites) and relative indicators (the probability of encountering a fire, the probability of death in fire, the probability of dying in fire, the probability of injury in fire) taking into account the provisions laid down in the methodology for assessing the activity of territorial authorities of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. According to the aggregate of absolute and relative indicators, the regions of Ukraine with the best and worst fire-fighting status are defined. Absolute and relative values are summarized by statistical ungrouping and grouping of indicators, summarized in tabular and graphic forms and executed in the form of statistical compilations of analytical materials. The developed analytical materials allow informing interested specialists about the state of fires in Ukraine for making them grounded management decisions aimed at raising the level of fire safety in the state.
